Refund policy

Version 1.2 · Updated 20 October 2026

01Your first 30 days

If Vantage by Bytefount is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This applies to every plan, monthly or yearly. If you have a separate written Enterprise agreement with us, its refund terms apply instead of this policy.

02After that

Every plan is billed in advance for its period, a month or a year, and is not refunded for the part of a period left. You can cancel at any time: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

03Nothing is deleted

When a plan ends your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

04How to ask

Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net and select Request refund. You can also email support@bytefount.com with your workspace name and we will ask Paddle to refund you. A refund requested from Paddle directly is honoured on the same terms. To stop future charges yourself, choose Manage billing on the Billing page in the app.

05How refunds are paid

Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for Vantage by Bytefount subscriptions, so Paddle issues the refund and the credit note. Refunds go back to the payment method that was charged, usually within 14 days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

06Your other rights

This policy adds to Paddle's own refund policy and does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.

07Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can put it right quickly.
